I am here to acknowledge you with how SARAL TEAM works on large-scale projects to help serve Pads from our Machinery to the women in need in rural areas across India.

 

Methodologies, technology, innovations, and demands are constantly changing. You can be an expert one day and feel overwhelmed the next. 

A Large Scale project implementation focuses on how you’ll go about a project in an organized and decent manner. It should do everything step Wise from project goals to deliverables and acts as a blueprint for the project team to execute their plans. Every project is different and requires a unique planning and implementation plan.

SARAL DESIGN works on large scale projects and has a very good number of success rates in implementing the Large Scale projects.
  • INTRODUCTION

SARAL DESIGN works with MY PAD|MY RIGHT as a selected partner with Nabard to work on a large Scale Project to reach 70 districts, backward districts, and many other rural areas with SHGs all over India.

 

As the Number of employment opportunities is low in rural areas,

This project can generate employment to women in rural areas across India.

 

Around 700 women will get employment, and More than 2 Billions of women will get sanitary napkins to use during menstruation from this project.

  • ABOUT THE PROJECT

NAB FOUNDATION has been implementing the project ‘MY PAD|MY RIGHT’ with support from NABARD since October 2020. Preliminary studies conducted on  the subject of Menstrual Hygiene revealed alarming facts and the project ‘MY  PAD|MY RIGHT’ was designed to address the issues of

  • SARAL WORKING ON LARGE PROJECTS

The primary aim of the “My Pad| My Right” project is to provide one sanitary pad-making machine to one select Self Help Group of rural women in each and every district of India. SARAL as a partner works on this project. The project intends to create a business model among  SHG women to run the enterprise by themselves and nurture entrepreneurship  among them. The project aims at promoting the financial independence of rural women and also ensuring access to affordable menstrual protection and hygiene. 

  • SARAL AS A PARTNER TO SUPPLY MACHINE

NAB FOUNDATION through this RFP has selected SARAL DESIGN for the supply of semi-automatic sanitary pad-making machines including all  components and raw materials to be supplied and installed at specified  locations across the country, installation & training, and maintenance of the machine for one year at every unit. SARAL works on large projects across India.

 

  • SARAL SUPPLY THE FIRST MACHINE TO ONE OF THE ISOLATED AREAS IN KASHMIR

 

We have supplied our first machine in Kashmir In Alkaria SHG and we have got pragmatic feedback from them in both machine performance as well as the training and Awareness.

 

  • Our After Sales Team member has done the installation on their site.

    We have also provided training for the Machine, Awareness of menstrual hygiene which also included the Q&A sessions and training for healthy practices during Menstruation. 


    SARAL has given exceptionally best service and training.




    • SARAL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR END TO END IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT

    SARAL has taken the responsibility to implement the project from Start to End providing all the facilities and helping them to successfully run the project.


    From Machine installation, Raw Material supply, Machine Service, Quality End product, and Training for both Machine and Menstrual hygiene Awareness all are provided by TEAM SARAL!
